How It Started

About 100 years ago, my great-grandparents, Josephine and Charles (affectionately known as Baba and Pop), emigrated from Poland and brought with them the wonderful tradition of the Pierogi. Our pierogi are made by hand, with fresh, honest ingredients, because that's the way Baba did it; and because machine-made pierogis are garbage. This process takes a little longer and necessitates that we keep our operation a little smaller than we'd like - but we know that you will taste the difference.
